ADRIK DANIEL NEVALAINEN

An expressive painter, show-stealing actor, and fashion icon within the halls of Fillmore Central, Adrik Nevalainen’s spunk is something so cherished here. Despite the overwhelming hustle and bustle of senior year, Adrik has still continued to be an active member of his class. From participating in One Act Play to peer-mentorship groups, such as TNT and Active Minds, many people are touched by his kind heart and genuine spirit. As he stated, he feels that One Act was his most successful contribution with the school, as he helped lead the team to state, where they starred in 2021.

When school doesn’t fully encapsulate Nevalainen’s energy, he spends his time indulging in creative activities, watching intriguing movies, and hanging out with friends.

Once Nevalainen graduates, he will be attending Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, to study Art and Theatre. In typical Adrik fashion, his only piece of advice comes from another icon herself, Lady Gaga: “What’s in your heart? Do that.”

From strutting down the halls to pulling looks that only Adrik is capable of, his bright light will sure be missed at Fillmore Central, though cherished at Luther College.
