On Saturday, March 11th, the FC speech team traveled to the Rushford speech meet. We had 5 competitors speak at Rushford, and all 5 of them placed!

Ben Ryan competed in prose, and he placed 6 overall. Over in drama, Hannah Kingsley took home a 5th place ribbon for her performance of the piece “Voicemail.” In poetry, Korra Biel also received 5th place. In creative expression, Kyra Arndt placed 3rd for her original story, “The Monster and the Butterfly.” 2nd place in humorous interpretation went to Fillmore Central’s very own Brayden Engen.
