On Thursday, March 16th, Fillmore Central held the Three Rivers Conference for speech. The conference was a home meet, so the Fillmore Central speech team got the honors of setting everything up and giving out all of the awards. It was a very late meet, but still ended in a few successes for our Fillmore Central speech team.

The people attending this meet and the categories they competed in are as follows: Amelia Ringer in prose, Benjamin Ryan in prose, Korra Biel in poetry, Brayden Engen in humorous, Alex Gulbranson in humorous, Kyra Arndt in creative expression, and Hannah Kingsley in dramatic interpretation. There were 3 people who ended up placing at this meet: Kyra Arndt placed 3rd, Brayden Engen placed 5th, and Hannah Kingsley placed 5th. Overall, the team recieved 5th place. Way to go!
