The Fillmore Central theater department had a very successful performance of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream this weekend. The show was performed on Friday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th at 7:30 p.m. The audience for both performances was full and engaging. We couldn’t have asked for better! It was enjoyed by all who attended; even those who had little to no experience in theater productions.

After Saturday’s show, the emotions for senior night were high as it dawned on everyone that the seniors were leaving, and that no show will have the same people participating as they leave and join. As Whitacre and other seniors gave their speeches about their words and memories, there wasn’t a dry eye in that gym.
