LFC Cross Country Teams in Pine Island Invitational

On September 21st, 2023, the LFC Cross Country team traveled to Pine Island to compete in the Pine Island Invitational. The nine teams who competed included Byron, Cannon Falls, GMLOS, Jordan, Kingsland, LARP, LFC, Pine Island, and Rochester Lourdes.

The LFC Girls Varsity team placed second. The top 5 overall runners were Autumn Rakosnik of LFC (20:11), Bianca Peterson of Jordan (20:49), Kylea Garas of Byron (20:51), Lillyan Kiehne of LFC (21:01), and McKenzie Schultz of Byron (21:04).

The LFC Boys Varsity team placed fourth. The top 5 overall runners were Bo Rosane of Pine Island (17:29), Isaac Snyder of LFC (17:35), Seth Young of Jordan (17:45.21), Wilson Menden of Jordan (17:45.88), and Jake Warden of Jordan (17:48).
