Zoey - She is 9 years old. She was found on the side of the road. The people who found her thought she was a baby bunny. My sister adopted her first, then 2 weeks later I adopted her. She has been with the family since she was one. She is an all-white pit bull, with 2 brown dots on her ears. They look like earrings, but it's just the color difference. She is what we call the "grandma" of the family.

Snap - Snap is eleven years old, and he’s been a part of my family for most of my life. He was adopted at the Preston pool when a lady was giving away free cats. He was adopted with his older sister, Ginger. Get it... “Ginger Snap” like the cookie. Snap was the runt of the litter, but you wouldn't know it now with his pudgy belly.

Mavis June - Mavis June is 1 years old. She was caught in a raccoon trap, and we decided to keep her. Mavis loves climbing in the Christmas tree and eating cottage cheese.

Johnny - Johnny joined our family in 2016 when I started working at Fillmore Central. Formally a barn cat, Johnny is very skilled at killing spiders, bugs and even mice! Don’t let his raccoon-like size fool you. Johnny is speedy, just not very sneaky as the loud THUD of him jumping off of things gives him away. Johnny enjoys belly rubs and stealing my pillow at night.

Fiji - Seven years ago over Christmas break, the Hoeltzle family was leaving town for 2 weeks and had this puppy that was 3 months old that they couldn't take along with them. They were traveling with their other dogs plus 2 puppies to deliver to a family in Missouri. Our daughter convinced us to puppy sit the puppy that didn't have a home yet. And well...the rest is history since he has been part of our family since then.

Harry - Harry came to us when his old owners moved away. At first he didn’t like us, but now he’s a perfect fit into our family. Harry is a very social cat. He likes to go outside, so many people in town know and love him. He loves to get treats and to do things he isn’t supposed to do. I love this cat with my whole heart, and he is the best addition to our family!

Baxter - Baxter is a cavalier cocker mix with some poodle. We got Baxter four years ago when he was just a puppy from a place near the cities.

Polly - We got her and her sister as kittens last spring from our neighbors. Polly is a Maine Coon, and she loves to chase her sister up and down the stairs. She also naps a lot!

Bailey - She is 3. She is a mastiff lab mix. She became a member of our family because we had been looking for a dog for a while. My mom found her. We went to visit the dog, and she ran away and hid under a truck. My dad thought it was funny. Then the next day we went back and got her.

Dolly - Dolly is an 8-year-old German Shepherd. We found her on a Facebook ad. We went and picked her up on Father’s Day. It was about a 5 hour drive to get her. I love how energetic she is and how much she loves the snow! Another thing is that she always loves meeting new people.

Hazel - She is 4 years old. We got her 3 years ago. I found her on craigslist, and my sister and I went to Waverly to get her. Her favorite things to do are take naps, snuggle, go on walks, and eat.

Mylo - Mylo is a 9-year-old Siberian Husky. His ice blue eyes will stare into your soul and make you question your life decisions. He will only accept affection when he wants it but will always accept treats and knows when it is pizza night.

Arlo - He is 8 months old. We got him from a family member as a kitten in may. Arlo’s favorite things to do is to eat, sleep, and loves making blanket biscuits!

Indy - Australian Shepherd and Jack Russel Terrier mix. We got him back in July and is very energetic. He is starting to obey commands now and is a very good boy.

Gunner - Gunner is 3 months old. He is a Blue Merle Golden Doodle breed. We got him from a place in Iowa. He is a little goofball and likes to play a lot.

Brandi - She is our 7-year-old yellow lab. We got her in September after our fourteen-year-old beagle passed away. We felt the house was just too quiet. She definitely brings life to our house…even if she insists that she is a lap dog!

Jack Frost - He is 6 months old. He is a Czech Frosty which is a brand new breed of rabbit. He's all the way from California. I fell in love with him right away and bought him at a rabbit show in Missouri.

Daisy - She is a 1-year-old, Mini Rex. Heather Barth got us into rabbit showing, so that is how she became a part of my life. I showed her at the Fillmore County Fair, and she got into the Minnesota State Fair lineup.

Jack-Jack - He is full of love, care, and devotion, plus determination and fun all rolled into a pretty little furry face. his eyes just sparkle and he's a smiling dog... literally. He loves to cuddle and give hugs.

Berkeley - 5 years old

Charlie - Charlie is a 3-year-old, Australian Shepherd and poodle mix. He was born the day our old dog Peter died. Charlie came into our household like a year later, and he brought huge smiles on our faces. He loves herding and is so playful.
