Senior Spotlight: Tori Raaen

This week’s Senior Spotlight is shining a light on Tori Raaen. Tori is a genuine person. If you need advice or a question answered you can go to her. She will give you her honest opinion about it and will probably make you laugh while doing it.

Her plans after high school are to attend RCTC to become a nurse. Her main goal right now is to finish high school with good grades for her senior year. A piece of advice she wishes she had gotten told before senior year is “just try.”

The teacher that had the biggest impact on Tori is Mrs. Mehus. Tori states that Mrs. Mehus has always challenged her and pushed her to do her best.

Tori’s favorite memory from elementary school was the first grade circus when she was a clown. Her favorite high school memory was the LA choir trip of 2023. She enjoyed going to the beach and going shopping in all the little shops in Hollywood. Her biggest accomplishment from high school is being President of the Student Council.

When asked what she is going to miss most about high school, Tori says getting to see her friends, teachers and other students. Outside of school, Tori enjoys spending time with friends, family and helping out on her family farm.
