Maddy Bergey, Editor
Maddy Bergey (she/her) is a senior at Fillmore Central who happens to have been born under Capricorn skies. This makes her a type-A person who constantly has a running to-do list. In her extra time, though, she finds escape from reality through indie music—especially the very essence of Phoebe Bridgers. Her favorite indie songs include "Terminal Paradise" by Adrianne Lenker, "The Last of the Honeybees" by Sam Burchfield, and "Killer" by Phoebe Bridgers. Her other favorite tidbits of media include the series Queer Eye as well as the movie Portrait of a Lady on Fire. Other ways she spends her time includes making specific Spotify playlists, embroidering, admiring her crystals, drinking oat milk lattes, riding her bike, and spending quality time with the ones she holds dear. To make her world go ‘round, she enjoys indulging in sushi, bubble tea, jalapeño chips, pickles, and truly anything sweet. After graduation in May, she will attend St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, to major in Gender and Sexuality Studies; then, she hopes to pursue a career in advocacy or therapy. Thank you for being here ;)
